Belgium: Cubans living in Belgium and other European countries expressed their rejection of the application of Title III of the Helms-Burton Act by the United States, which they considered an aggressive escalation against our country, Radio Reloj publishes.
In a statement, they denounced that the empire, with the same mentality of the Cold War, failed for decades, announced the application of Title III in clear ignorance of the International Law.
The signatories condemned this new and sterile attempt to obstruct the normal connection with our families and expressed their support for the Government of Cuba in its firm determination to face and defeat the new Yankee hoaxes.
The declaration was issued by the Association of Cuban Residents in Belgium (Cubabel) and were joined by their counterparts from France, Austria, Latvia, Italy, the United Kingdom, Portugal and Sweden.
