Sancti Spiritus, Cuba_ Army General Raul Castro Ruz, President of the Councils of State and Ministers, presides over the Central Act for the anniversary 63 of the assaults on the Moncada and Carlos Manuel de Cespedes garrisons, in Sancti Spiritus, the digital site of Granma newspaper publishes.

At the Major General Serafin Sanchez Revolution Square of the central Cuban province there is a representation of the people of that territory, along several of the fighters of that historical event, as well as solidarity with Cuba groups that came from all over the world for the occasion.

Attending the ceremony is Second Secretary of the Cuban Communist Party Jose Ramon Machado Ventura who will deliver the central speech.

Also present are other members of the Politburo, the Secretariat and the main authorities of the provinces hosting this event.
