Mayabeque, Cuba: The municipality of Güines hosted the workers of Radio Mayabeque, who are celebrating their 49th anniversary this April 19.

One of the places visited was the Business Unit Base for the Commercialization of Agricultural Products, Inputs and Transport, which has in project the creation of a mini-industry to take advantage of low quality products.

For its part, the Agro industrial Base Business Unit Molino-Bizarrón is subject of an investor process of a dryer for 55 thousand tons of rice.

The Mayabeque Agroforestry Enterprise has 7 units, the strongest are silvi cultural and have 44 thousand 50 hectares for coffee, coconut and cocoa.

They also visited the sawmill, located in the Popular Council of Osvaldo Sánchez, dedicated to the planting of postures for afforestation.

The Agricultural Production Cooperative (CPA) of sugar cane Captain Alberto Torres, which stands out for its results in the sugar harvest, has among his outstanding workers, Albert Fernandez, who arrived at the million of cut cane and efforts to achieve the second million.
