Mayabeque, Cuba_ The repentistas of Mayabeque, Héctor Gutiérrez and AramÃs Padilla, are part of the Cuban delegation that participates in the VIII Summit of the Americas, in Lima, capital of Peru.
The artists of the decima defended the dignity and fairness of the revolutionary project that takes place in this Caribbean Island, during the Cultural Political Festival in the friendly nation.
The delegation will be present in a wide program of events to debate on democratic governance against corruption, in the Forum of Civil Society and Social Actors and for an Inclusive and Respectful World, the latter coordinated by Cuba.
In the V Youth Forum of the Americas, in the Business Center of San Isidro, the representation speaks of the role of the new generation in economic, political and social processes, solidarity with other peoples and rights that dignify the human being.
The People's Summit will conclude on Saturday at Fray Tomás Square, at the University of San Marcos. There they will exchange on the contributions to the progress and sustainability of the nation.
