Peru_ More than 70 representatives of Cuban civil society and five young people, following a last-minute decision, will participate in the Dialogue between Social Actors and the Representatives of the High Level of Governments that will take place at the Sheraton Hotel in Lima, Granma newspaper publishes.  

For the purposes of the Summit and as stated on its website, "thematic coalition" is understood as a group of at least 10 organizations and / or social actors with similar positions on at least one of the three thematic axes.

Each coalition should present proposals aimed at fostering constructive reflection, as well as proposing solutions or actions to address the subtopics of the Summit.

For purposes of the VIII Summit, a coalition cannot be formed by the national chapters of the same organization. Likewise, each coalition must include organizations that share a similar position.

They will also determine their membership and internal methodology of preparatory work for the Dialogue with the High Level Representatives of the Governments. They should also appoint a coordinator, who will be the point of contact of the coordinator with the organizers of the Summit.

The meetings and / or exchanges of the coalitions should be conducted in English or Spanish, since these are the languages ​​in which the activities will be carried out.

In case that the coalition’s include English-speaking and Spanish-speaking participants, the coordinator's interventions must be carried out in both languages.
