Mayabeque, Cuba_ Telemayabeque and Radio Mayabeque are broadcasting live the program Con Todos, a special proposal dedicated to deepen aspects related to the new Constitution of the Republic and the Popular referendum scheduled for February 24.
The Secretary of the Council of State and Deputy to the National Assembly of People's Power for the province of Mayabeque, Homero Acosta, assured that it is a Magna Carta that gives continuity to popular participation, the principles of organization and functioning, the rendering account of fundamental positions, as well as the role played by the National Assembly of the People’s Power.
The fundamental economic principle is its social character and the role played by planning, collective ownership over the means of production, that is, the Magna Carta that will be voted on has a conductive line that maintains the inviolable principles of the Cuban socialist system.
