Mayabeque, Cuba _ The participation of more than 47 thousand 160 voters went to the polls to give the Yes for the new Constitution of the Republic and the work of the authorities in Güines during the popular referendum was recognized at the balance of the Municipal Electoral Commission.
During the exchange they highlighted the transparency of the process in which the vast majority of the people with voting rights supported the Revolution and ratified the commitment with Fidel not to renounce the progress of the Cuban social project.
The electoral authorities also specified the work with the documentation and the adherence to the Law, the participation of the collaborators, the vocals and the training of the personnel for the effective performance of the issuance of the parties.
The President of the Provincial Electoral Commission, Raquel Piñero DÃaz, explained that it was a process where the people exercised the right established by the Constitution itself.
