Havana_ The foreign ministers are discussing today the documents that will be presented to the Heads of State and Governments in the closing session of the VII Summit of the Association of the Caribbean States (ACS), Radio Reloj publishes.

The foreign ministers will analyze the final declaration of the meeting and the bloc's action plan which comprises aspects and projects related with the sustainable tourism, trade development, the sea transport and the managements of ports.

The document also includes programs aimed at the combat against invasive species and headings on cooperation in education and culture.

The Caribbean ministers will work with an agenda that includes the decision on the entering into the organization of San Martin as an Associate Member in its own right, and Bolivia, Uruguay and Kazakhstan as observers.
