Havana, Cuba_ The Communist Party of Vietnam congratulated its similar in Cuba on the occasion of its Seventh Congress, reiterating its satisfaction for the solid development of relations between the two states and peoples, Radio Reloj publishes.

The Vietnamese Party members recognize that in the midst of complex events in the global environment, the Party and the Cuban people achieved great achievements in updating the economic model.

The message expresses the conviction that the great event of the Cuban communists, with the rebellious spirit of the Sierra Maestra and Giron, under the wise leadership of the Party, led by Fidel and Raul, will continue deepening in the Guidelines of the Economic and Social Policy of the Party and the Revolution.
