Havana, Cuba_ The delegates and invitees to the Seventh Congress of the Communist Party of Cuba strengthen the need to create links and improve the relations between the vanguard organization of the Cuban society with the Young Communist League (UJC), the digital site of Juventud Rebelde newspaper publishes.

At the meeting, the delegate for Villa Clara, Yasser Chinea Hurtado believes that the Party's attention to the UJC is manifested more effectively and dynamically, specifically at the municipal and provincial level.

"There has not been a single task that we have not been able to count on the wise teachings of the party towards youth. The work of the Party schools is commendable for its depth and contributions”, he reflected

Meanwhile, the delegate for Cienfuegos, Susely Morfa González stated with absolute clearness that the UJC is not only militancy that integrates the organization; it has the social order, the highest political commitment to deal with the entire young universe.

"There are good young people and we have failed to reach them. As any youth of the world, ours has spaces of participation that we should enrich and provide them with attractive actions, in a well thought out and articulated integration " Morfa González said.

After Susely’s intervention, the member of the Politburo Salvador Valdes Mesa, stressed that the attention to youth has a strategic character.

The most enriching part of the exchanges was the freshness and dynamism with which the criteria were expressed. The debate did not follow a rigid structure, breaking routines and schemes. This favored the work of commission, mixed in its composition.

Yoslaine Monteagudo Morales, from Las Tunas, shared that the essence of having good cadres lies in how to use innovative methods for the political and ideological work.
Moreover, the guest Yumara Acosta, doctor in Venezuela, talked about what they do in the Bolivarian nation with young health professionals through the morning meetings, to cite just one of the actions that reinforce the principles and values of the Revolution.

Abelardo Alvarez Gil, member of the Central Committee Secretariat, warned that the community setting will change and will become increasingly complex. Therefore, whatever is done must be carried out with the feet on the ground. The zonal nuclei and the activists of the residential areas must get together in this effort.

The Commission also dealt with the theme related with the communicational culture, which is not only the responsibility of the media, but also of the sources.

The delegate Ivisel Infanta Delgado from Camaguey, supported the proposition of using the documents that result adopted at the Congress, as real tools of work and study.

The space was conducive to approve the Draft Resolution of the Seventh Congress on the fulfillment of the objectives of the First Party Conference, a proposal that summarizes everything discussed and evaluated, with emphasis in the qualitative aspect.
