Havana, Cuba_ The importance of deepening on the legacy of José Martí and the teaching of Marxism-Leninism and the History of the nation was highlighted by Yolanda Ferrer, delegated for Pinar del Rio, during the work of the commission four of the Seventh Congress of the Communist Party of Cuba, Radio Rebelde publishes.

In this regard she stressed the preparation the teachers should have teachers to deep into the learning and reach the feelings of the students.

According to the delegate, the study of the leader of the Revolution Fidel Castro’s thought should be present in the teaching programs, as well as some other documents of the Party Congress must be included in the subject of Civic because they are fundamental for youth.

The need to raise the quality of the teaching of history was also addressed by Diana Estevez Leyva, from Sancti Spiritus, who insisted that it is vital in all educational levels.

Meanwhile, Felix Témerez, Pinar del Rio, suggested to include knowledge of aesthetic and cultural appreciation in the curriculum for young people, in order to impregnate a cultural background to distinguish the truly useful of all that bring the digital media.

Fátima Paterson from Santiago asked for a more attractive approach to the political propaganda, aimed particularly to the younger ones.

Similarly, the Commission four analyzed the work of the Party related to the attention to the non-state sector, on which the delegate from Havana, Jorge Felipe Interián, insisted to improve it, because many of those workers are revolutionary and we do not always pay them a correct attention.
