Havana, Cuba_ International means of communication reflect in their platforms, the working sessions of the Seventh Congress of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC), the digital site of Granma newspaper publishes.

Also various organizations and political forces, especially in Latin America, highlighted the development of the conclave at the Havana Convention Center.

The Spanish news agency EFE reported that delegates, led by President Raul Castro, discussed in plenary draft resolutions prepared in committees, for the purpose of their final approval.

Meanwhile Xinhua noted that the four working committees examined issues such as, conceptualization of the economic and social model of the country, the development plan until 2030, as well as the updating of the socialist economy adopted at the Sixth Congress, 2011.

The Communist Party of the Russian Federation (PCFR in Spanish), expressed in a message signed by the president of the Central Committee, Guennadi Zyuganov, said that its members will go on with their Cuban colleagues in the joint effort to build a prosperous socialist society.

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (PCCh) said in a message that the Cuban people, under the leadership of the Communist Party of Cuba, will be able to overcome any obstacle and achieve even greater progress in its socialist cause.

The Communist Party of Vietnam recognized Cuba’s achievements in the process of updating the model of socioeconomic development and its efforts to destroy the attempts of isolation and blockade imposed by the United States for more than five decades ago.

Also the Communist parties of Belarus, Puerto Rico, Argentina, Philippines, and the regions of Bohemia and Moravia in the Czech Republic congratulated the Cuban Communists.

Leftist political forces, such as the United Progressive Party of Antigua and Barbuda, Front Amplio of Costa Rica and Paraguay Guasu Front, greeted the celebration in Havana of the great partisan appointment and highlighted the solidarity effort of Cuba with countries of the region.
