As reported in a statement by the Ibero-American General Secretariat, based in Madrid, the postponement of the appointment was agreed on Tuesday at the third Meeting of Cooperation Managers and National Coordinators of this mechanism.
This instance, which brought together representatives of the 22 Ibero-American countries on Monday and Tuesday, accepted the proposal of the Principality of Andorra to postpone the Summit due to the consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic.
