En Sancti Spíritus se afectó el 56,1 por ciento de la población en lo referido al servicio eléctrico

Sancti Spíritus, Cuba: After the impact of tropical storm Laura through the south of that central province of Cuba, recovery is progressing today from the effects caused by the meteorological phenomenon.

The Health system, for its part, reactivated the epidemiological surveillance through the investigation, as a prevention and control measure of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, which causes Covid-19.

The anti-vector campaign against the Aedes aegypti mosquito, the transmitting agent of dengue, chikungunya, Zika and yellow fever, is also not neglected, since the rains these days favor the appearance of outbreaks of this harmful insect.

Meanwhile, transport restored all its services, including the railway, as well as the interprovincial travels.

In addition, food is guaranteed in the 58 Family Attention Systems to vulnerable cases.
