Poll in Brazil reveals that Bolsonaro would win elections.

Brazil: If the presidential elections were held now in Brazil, President Jair Bolsonaro would be re-elected. According to a recent poll, in a supposed first round, the far-right would win with 31 percent of the votes, followed with 17 percent by former president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, Radio Reloj reports.

The survey was conducted by the Institute for Specialized Research in Public Opinion (IDEIA) and the investment analysis center Exame Research, was conducted on 1,235 people in all regions of the country.

The study also indicates that families with an income higher than five minimum wages would be the most inclined to vote for Bolsonaro (35%), while Lula’s voters would be concentrated, as usual, in the northeast (24%).
