Food production.

Mayabeque, Cuba: Madruga has more than a thousand families linked to urban and sub-urban agriculture, a program that today attracts more popular participation, given the demands of producing more food in the country.

The task is closely followed by the local government, the president of the Municipal Assembly of People’s Power, Luis Alberto Oliva Martínez, said in a meeting with leaders of agriculture and the presidents of the Popular Councils.

The Conrado Benítez mixed school, located in the Pipián population settlement, is the standard bearer for the activity and a good example.

Sowing today in any piece of land is a contribution so that more healthy and fresh food reaches the family table.

Food production is achieved through the efforts of all, they are not moments to sit back, but to participate in everything possible, Oliva Martínez said.
