The Minister of Culture, Alpidio Alonso, criticized on Wednesday a series of recent offenses against the musician Alexander Abreu and expressed his support for him and other artists and intellectuals, victims of similar calumnies in different media.
Likewise, the Cuban Institute of Music rejected the insults and baseless accusations against Abreu as part of a campaign against the island financed from US territory.
