Mayabeque, Cuba: In Melena del Sur, a territory where three evacuation centers were set up, one of them was activated at the Pre-University Vocational Institute of Exact Sciences (IPVCE) Amistad Cuba-Sweden.
So far, 48 people have been evacuated, who maintain strict compliance with the hygienic-sanitary measures to avoid the spread of Covid-19, according to the director of the educational institution Marta Martínez Socarras.
Taking the temperature, the foot-steps, the disinfection of the hands, the requirement of the correct use of the mask face and the social distancing, are part of the actions of the Public Health personnel.
In addition to these protocols, the luggage of the evacuees was disinfected before entering the center and there is a rigorous control of all visits to the school.
