Mayabeque, Cuba: Confronting the violations in Güines is a task of the first order to close the siege against line makers, hoarders, resellers and other people with their backs to the law.
According to the municipal mayor, Yainiú Márquez, they have found merchandise abandoned when sellers see the arriving of the authorities and they deal without knowing who the owner is.
“Fines have been imposed for infractions, for occupying spaces without the lease being legalized, for price violations and for not presenting the documentation that proves them as Self-Employed or justifies the merchandise they sell,” Yainiú Márquez added.
As part of the Ordering Task in Güines, popular control is important to prevent abusive prices that undermine the justice that the people deserve.
?They can ask the sellers for the official price list to make the purchases. If a violation is detected, the pertinent actions of confiscation and withdrawal of the license will be made, even if it is the first time. Therefore we urge the population of the municipality to help us in the confrontation with illegalities?, the mayor of Güines clarified.
