Mayabeque, Cuba: Researchers from the Animal Science Institute, located in Mayabeque, stood out during 2020 in the introduction of technologies to guarantee feeding in livestock, through pastures and forages, protein plants and the by-products of agro-industries.
The scientific center has research-production areas where they carry out investigations and demonstrate to producers its feasibility with the application of technologies in similar areas.
Studies related to ensiled foods, moringa research projects and the insertion of technologies in the Quivicán productive pole to achieve technological improvements are other actions carried out by these professionals to do science and transfer technologies.
