Mayabeque, Cuba: There are several actions carried out by administrators and master bakers of Quivicán in order to improve the preparation of the bread that raises so much criticism daily among the population.

Due to these dissatisfactions, managers of the food industry in the town analyzed the main problems that prevent improving the quality of some of the most consumed foods in the country.

The administrator of the Pablo Noriega production center, Alexis Sánchez, explained that among the measures is the strict control of the weight of the bread, lower the fogging of the cans so that the product grows a little more, make the most of the daytime schedule to achieve the better visibility of the oven.

The relation between quality and price depends a lot on the raw material and the actions in each place will prevent that bread from being returned as explained by the administrator of La Victoria, Yaimari Castro Bello.
