Mayabeque, Cuba: Workers at the Refractarios Habana Company, located in Mayabeque, take on several challenges this year, such as increasing exports to contribute to the economic development of the province and the country among them.
The specialist of the only entity of its kind in Cuba, Marta Donate Pino, said that for this they manufacture new products with national raw materials and venture into other markets with assortments destined for the Ministry of Construction.
Donate Pino added that among the articles stand out those of wall and floor finishing consigned to tourism and among the clients are the Mariel Special Development Zone, in addition to the electronic commerce modality.
The specialist pointed out that they have the raw material and the necessary productive capacity to diversify the plant’s manufacturing and raise their quality.
