Mayabeque, Cuba: The province of Mayabeque accumulates in the first month of the year a total of 326 people diagnosed with Covid-19.
According to the Provincial Communicator of Public Health in Mayabeque, Doctor René Rodríguez, of that total, 307 are autochthonous and 19 are imported, with 131 active cases.
?In general, in January there is a predominance of the female sex among those infected. 56.4% of the patients correspond to that sex. Regarding the age of those confirmed, those between 25 and 59 years old stand out, totaling 189, followed by 55 minors under 19 and 39 older adults?, the Provincial Communicator of Public Health in Mayabeque pointed out.
Regarding the number of incidence by municipalities, Doctor René argued that the most affected is San José de las Lajas with 64 cases, followed by Güines with 58 and Quivicán with 55.
