? Güines: 4 (2 contacts of confirmed cases, 1 imported and 1 without a specified source of infection).
? Jaruco: 3 (without specified source of infection).
? Madruga: 4 (contacts of confirmed cases).
? Melena del Sur: 1 (contact of confirmed case).
? San José de Las Lajas: 5 (2 contacts of confirmed cases and 3 imported).
? Santa Cruz del Norte: 4 (3 contacts of confirmed cases and 1 without a specified source of infection).
The temporary working group in Cuba for the prevention and control of the new coronavirus approved this Tuesday the return of Mayabeque to the epidemic stage in the phase of limited autochthonous transmission, besides the provinces of Artemisa, Ciego de Ávila and the special municipality of Isla de la Juventud.
Among the measures to maintain hygiene and prevention in public health, the following stand out: the need to raise the perception of risk, the increase in clinical investigations and population studies, as well as attention to vulnerable groups.
In addition, the mandatory use of a protective mask (nasobuco) in all scenarios and the prohibition of people with signs and symptoms of Covid-19 from work centers or other institutions.
