Havana, Cuba: With the support of the Cuban Workers? Federation (CTC by its Spanish initials), during this year the Ministry of Labor and Social Security will create 32 thousand new jobs in the country, Radio Habana Cuba publishes.

Among the future positions, 22 thousand are located in the state sector and 10,000 in the self-employed one, indicates the management report of the National Secretariat of the CTC, approved during the recently concluded Plenary Session of the National Council of the union organization.

It is also predicted that 2021 will close with a level of employment of 4 million 619 thousand 200 workers, of them, three million 107 thousand 500 in the state sector and one million 511 thousand 700 in the private sector.

Likewise, it was announced the incorporation of more than 36 thousand people, who accepted the offers of the municipal labor directorates, which will have an impact on the re-composition of employment in the nation.

The current demand for employment corresponds to the monetary ordering process that the country is experiencing, where new jobs must be primarily in productive activities to generate greater wealth.
