In Güines they could well be an option that is decisive for this purpose, Ana Esther García Millán, Head of the Local Development Section in the Municipal Administration Council (CAM by its Spanish initials), said.

“The municipality of Güines has 12 projects approved by the CAM, of which 8 pay tribute to the local development strategy as part of food sovereignty, two pay for construction and one for tourism?.

The head of the local development section in the administration, Ana Esther García Millán, said: “We have another mini-industry that has already been approved for clarias and freshwater lobsters, which is a long-term project.”

Achieving the productive chain is a priority before the call of the top management of the country. “As our president Miguel Díaz Canel said, we are working with the productive chain, the mini-ice cream industry is linked with a CCS, the producers contribute guava, mango, fruta bomba and water melon among others”.
