Mayabeque: The National Department of Harbor Master’s Offices recently confiscated a speedboat type vessel, Boston Whaler brand, registration fl1252 gh06360685, color white, hull material, fiberglass, length 2.20 meters, beam 1.50 meters and prop 0 , 50 meters, found north of the municipality of Santa Cruz del Norte in Mayabeque, the Granma newspaper publishes.
The Directorate of Border Guard Troops of the Ministry of the Interior carried out this action by virtue of the provisions of the fourth resolution of Resolution No. 1/2015 of the Minister of the Interior, relative to the procedures to declare the confiscation, in favor of the Cuban State, of the following vessels found in the aquatic spaces of the Republic of Cuba.
Those affected with the aforementioned resolution may claim in writing, before the Head of the Directorate of Border Guard Troops, their rights within a term of 20 calendar days, from the publication in this newspaper.
