Cuba: The Head of the Cancer Section of the Cuban Ministry of Public Health, Dr. María Caridad Rubio, endorsed the work of the National Institute of Oncology and Radiobiology in 2020, Radio Reloj publishes.
At the meeting to analyze the comprehensive results of the institution, the MINSAP official congratulated the group for its performance and urged it to surpass its successes this year.
The Director of the National Institute of Oncology and Radiobiology, Doctor Luis Curbelo Alfonso, stressed that despite COVID-19, progress was made in favor of the patient in the healthcare, research, teaching and economic processes.
He specified that the adverse epidemiological situation did not prevent INOR from working in oncological medicine and radiotherapy, as well as in the rest of the areas of the institution, for which it deserved the Flag of Labor Prowess. (YDG)
