Mayabeque, Cuba: In Nueva Paz, the Cuban Workers Federation (CTC by its Spanish initials) and its unions highlight the importance of the assemblies to evaluate of the economy plan and the budget for the year 2021.
As a consequence of the epidemiological situation that the municipality is experiencing, caused by Covid-19, the meetings with workers and managers of the work centers will last until March 16 and may adopt different dynamics.
The organizer and member of the CTC secretariat in Nueva Paz, Yaleixis Leiva Ramos, said that these meetings have an exceptional character: ?we cannot ignore that the workers know what the centre’s budget is for the year 2021, we will do it if necessary by department, by area, but we are not going to let the health situation prevent the development of these appointments “.
With a different projection, the monetary figures for each section of the budget are communicated in each entity: salary, energy, fuel, telephone costs, among other aspects, in correspondence with the characteristics of each work center.
