Mayabeque, Cuba: Conceiving a strategy in order to guarantee employment to the workers who work in the capture of lobster, is one of the main priorities of the Batabanó Industrial Fishing Company, since each year, last month of February and until July 1, this process stops.
There they design a work scheme taking into account the need to revive and rehabilitate the constructive structures of the entity in order to give an adequate image and comfort to the areas.
According to the director of the Batabanó Industrial Fishing Company, José Madroñal Jorge, along with this process, alternative productions will continue in order to guarantee food for social consumption.
The protection of working people, bearing in mind that employment is their main source of income, is an urgent need in the face of the challenges that life imposes, so doing it with the proper intention is vital.
