President of Cuba will participate in XXVII Ibero-American Summit of Heads of State and Government.

Cuba: The President of the Republic of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, will participate in the XXVII Ibero-American Summit of Heads of State and Government to be held on April 21, 2021, in virtual format, under the slogan: Innovation for the Sustainable Development – 2030 Goals, Latin America Facing the Challenge of the Coronavirus, Cubasí reports.

According to sources from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Cuba, the Cuban delegation will also be made up of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla; of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment, Rodrigo Malmierca Díaz and of Science, Technology and Environment, Elba Rosa Pérez Montoya.

As a prelude to the Summit, the meeting of National Coordinators and those responsible for cooperation and the II Meeting of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Ibero-America took place, both held between April 13 and 15.
