Mayabeque, Cuba: There are several actions carried out by the professors of the Faculty of Medical Sciences, of Mayabeque, to guarantee distance education, during this atypical stage where counteracting Covid-19 is the main priority.
At the moment the students are working on the active research in the 11 municipalities of the province.
According to Dr. Elba Torres Martínez, a second-degree specialist in Comprehensive General Medicine and director of the training of professionals at the faculty, to meet the objectives they carry out methodological workshops with teachers to prepare and guide the students.
They also carry out coordination from the municipalities for teaching consultations.
