She remains in Intensive Care, afebrile, sedated, on mechanical ventilation. Hemodynamically stable with poor diuresis. Blood gas with acceptable values. The torax X ray does not show changes with extensive inflammatory lesions in both lung fields.
In addition, the 44-year-old patient from Nueva Paz, who does not refer Personal Pathological Antecedents. She is in Intensive Care, with three fever peaks and a low-grade fever all day, sedated, on mechanical ventilation with moderate respiratory distress. Hemodynamically stable with adequate diuresis. Blood gas with acceptable values. The chest X ray shows radiological worsening with Inflammatory lesions in both lung fields.
The 54-year-old citizen from Santa Cruz del Norte is in a stable critic condition. She has pathological antecedents of Arterial Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus. She is in intensive care, she was received with severe dyspnea so she is intubated and ventilated, and she presented cardiorespiratory arrest with return to spontaneous circulation after cardiopulmonary resuscitation maneuvers. Now she is afebrile, on mechanical ventilation with moderate respiratory distress. She is hemodynamically unstable with amine support. Adequate diuresis. Blood gas with acceptable values. Chest X ray shows radiological worsening with inflammatory lesions in both lung fields.
And the 84-year-old patient from San José de las Lajas was reported in serious condition. He has Personal Pathological Antecedent of arterial Hypertension and Ischemic Heart Disease. He is in intensive care, afebrile, spontaneously ventilating with supplemental oxygen. Hemodynamically stable with preserved diuresis. Blood gas with acceptable parameters. Chest X-ray shows no pleuro-pulmonary lesions. Evolutionary PCR: negative.
