It is necessary, he added, to specify ways to protect the most vulnerable and promote a culture of true quality in care and all services.
“The mass organizations plus the elements of the government at the municipal level must lead us to be able to achieve comprehensive action plans in the neighborhoods,” he added.
The president recognized in that sense the contribution of the non-state sector during the pandemic with donations and free services to reinforce the fight against Covid-19.
