Cuba: The operation of the fiber optic link affected by a cut that occurred yesterday on a public road in Havana has already been restored, Cubasí reports.
ETECSA made it known, through Facebook, in a statement in which it recalled that what happened this Tuesday had a partial impact on the Internet browsing service through mobile telephony.
The repair of this link made it possible to progressively recover normal traffic levels. Some users may continue to experience slowness in this service, especially during hours of greatest demand, the company added. Their specialists will continue receiving customer complaints, analyzing them and responding to each case, the entity’s institutional communication department indicates.
