Mayabeque, Cuba: Improving the constructive state of the properties and the feeding of the Family Care Systems in Jaruco, constitutes a challenge for the administration of the Subsidiary Company of Commerce, Gastronomy and Services, highlighted the director Ángel Lázaro Domínguez Brito, Radio Jaruco publishes.
Despite the limitations with food supplies, the nine gastronomic centers maintain the vitality in the commercialization. Given the lack of utensils in the kitchen, the workers of the units adopt alternatives, with the purpose of not affecting the service.
In order to raise the quality of care for the more than 200 diners linked to the system in Jaruco, the management of the Commerce Subsidiary Company plans to use part of the resources of Resolution 99 to eradicate some of the material deficiencies, Domínguez Brito said.
The Units of the Casiguas and San Miguel de Casanovia settlements are part of the proposal for establishments to be rehabilitated in 2024. The rest of the entities will be attended as the financial situation allows.
