Bolivia: The Bolivian government socialized with several Social Organizations in the country the plan conceived to deal with Covid-19, Radio Rebelde reports.
The president, Luis Arce, reported on his Twitter account that the task is based on complying at the national level with prevention measures and diagnostic tests, in addition to vaccination when the antigens arrive in the country at the end of January.
The Bolivian president pointed out that in less than two months they managed to bring to that Andean country a massive amount of diagnostic tests distributed free of charge and negotiations are continuing to dispose of the necessary vaccines.
Currently Bolivia exceeds 176 thousand confirmed with the SARS-COV-2 virus, which causes Covid-19, and in the face of the emergency, hospitals in at least three cities expanded their beds, as well as in the Intensive Care Units.
