Mayabeque, Cuba: The increase in the number of positive cases to Covid-19 in recent days requires the authorities of Mayabeque to expand the isolation capacity, Radio Reloj reports.
The Governor of the province, Tamara Valido Benítez, said that they should continue to create the necessary conditions at the Agrarian University of Havana in order to increase the isolation capacity for asymptomatic positive cases.
The Provincial Defense Council, if necessary, envisions the creation of new isolation centers at the Amílcar Cabral Agricultural Polytechnic Institute, the Antonio Ñico Jiménez Sports Initiation School and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Polytechnic Institute.
They also considered increasing isolation capacities for health personnel and volunteers who finish their mission in isolation centers.
