Cuba: At the proposal of the President of the Republic of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, the Council of State adopted the following agreements:
Release comrade Roberto Morales Ojeda as vice prime minister, on the occasion of his passing to professional activity in the Communist Party of Cuba.
Promote Jorge Luis Perdomo Di-Lella, who had served as Minister of Communications since July 2018, to vice prime minister. Comrade Perdomo Di-Lella is an engineer in Electronics and Telecommunications.
Promote Engineer Mayra Arevich Marín to the position of Minister of Communications, who held the responsibility of Executive President of the Telecommunications Company ETECSA since 2011.
