Mayabeque, Cuba: At midnight yesterday Mayabeque confirmed 138 positive cases for Covid-19, according to the Official Website of the Ministry of Public Health (MINSAP) in Cuba.
The municipality of Jaruco is the one with the highest number of infections with 22 patients, San José de las Lajas and Quivicán each report 18 people with the virus, with 16 cases each being Santa Cruz del Norte and Madruga.
With 14 diagnosed with SARS-COV-2 is Bejucal, Güines has 13, Nueva Paz: 12, Batabanó and San Nicolás: 4 and Melena del Sur: 1.
Two people died in the territory, one from Melena del Sur and the other from Bejucal. We regret what happened and convey our condolences to family and friends.
