Cuba: The specialized consultation process of the preliminary draft of the Family Code with the participation of more than forty-five Cuban institutions is advancing in the country and conclude next Friday, October 15, Radio Reloj reports.
The Ministry of Justice reports that the analysis by specialists in the sector, other professionals and law students, is developed with the purpose of giving Cuba a revolutionary and advanced standard.
To date, the MINJUS website has received more than 7,000 visits with nearly 700 emails with favorable opinions on the regulations, adverse criteria, and requests for modifications.
The reasoning with the complexity of the universe that they enclose will be taken into account and will enrich the democratic process of popular consultation and future referendum where the Family Code will be voted on.
