China: China reported that it has supplied more than 1.5 billion doses of its vaccines against Covid-19 to 106 countries in the world and to 4 international organizations, Radio Rebelde reports.
The International Development and Cooperation Agency told reporters that Beijing also provided health materials, equipment such as lung ventilators and oxygen cylinders, and also offered training and exchange of experiences with its specialists.
The agency detailed that a large part of the shipments were destined for territories in Asia, Africa, Latin America, as China supplied its vaccines for exports, aid and donations since the beginning of the pandemic in 2020.
The Asian giant applied more than 2 billion doses to compatriots and foreigners; now it proceeds with the reinforcement of already immunized individuals and accelerated the protection of minors.
