Santa Clara, Cuba: The Prime Minister of Cuba, Manuel Marrero, congratulated tourism workers today for their participation in the battle against Covid-19, at the inauguration of the III Gaviota Destination Exchange, Prensa Latina publishes.
At the event, held at the Paradisus Los Cayos hotel in the tourist center of the central Cuban province of Villa Clara, Marrero stressed that all the country’s airports and hotels are in perfect condition to undertake the recovery of tourism.
The leader stressed that foreign visitors will be able to purchase Cuban vaccines, which have shown a high percentage of effectiveness, if they wish.
Marrero welcomed more than 120 tour operators, borrowers, hoteliers, collaborators and journalists who participate in this Exchange that will conclude on December 12.
The ministers of Health, Light Industry, Agriculture and Transport were present at the opening day.
