Peace, development, equity, justice, democracy and freedom are the common values of all humanity, today no citizen of the world with a conscience would agree with the blockade against Cuba, the academic said.
He Qin also highlighted that in extremely difficult circumstances, the Antillean nation has achieved important achievements in sectors such as education, health, environmental protection and biopharmaceuticals.
France describes the blockade against Cuba as genocidal
