Cuba: The current school year will end on March 5 in almost all the country, in basic secondary school, the sixth grade of primary school, and the first and second years of technical and professional education, Prensa Latina reports.
This school period was marked by Covid-19 in its different stages in the country, due to the uneven dates on which face-to-face teaching activities resumed.
The Deputy Minister of Education, Eugenio González Pérez, is also expected to finish the school year on March 5 in the first three years of pedagogical training, and the tenth and eleventh of pre-university education.
He stressed that in the case of early childhood and students from first to fifth grades of primary and special education, the school period will end on March 11.
