Mayabeque, Cuba: Workers from the Mayabeque Aqueduct and Sewer Company are working to restore the water supply service in the municipalities affected by the passage of Tropical Storm Laura.
The general director of the entity, Osvaldo García Caballero, said that in Batabanó they supply the liquid with pipes to the population of this area and clean the sewers.
Another of the affected municipalities are Madruga and San José with two pumping equipment broken in each territory. In the case of Madruga, this breakdown interrupts the service for approximately 8 thousand people. The equipment is under repair at the National Pump Repair Shop
