Havana: The Temporary Working Group for the Prevention and Control of the new coronavirus had its meeting this Monday at the Palace of the Revolution, led by the Prime Minister, Manuel Marrero Cruz, Radio Reloj publishes.

The Head of Government stressed that indiscipline continues, the violation of what is established. He made reference to people who do not use the mask face where it is necessary to do so; he pointed out how some do not keep the required distance; or hands are not disinfected; or how in certain places the surfaces or the telephones for collective use are not cleaned.

He also drew attention to the number of infections that have occurred in institutions, which often involves the violation of protocols that are designed for such spaces. In this regard, he called for the example to be given first from the workplace. And regarding the application of fines, he emphasized that, without the educational component, these will not have the expected effect.

For his part, the Deputy Prime Minister, Roberto Morales Ojeda, emphasized the importance that all the authorities responsible for carrying out the epidemiological investigation do not neglect quality. He spoke of an “active and effective investigation, and the effectiveness is that we are able to identify all those cases, especially the vulnerable ones, that have some level of symptoms.”
