Mayabeque, Cuba: In order to be increasingly efficient and thus respond with production to the needs of the people in San Nicolás, steps forward are taken, after the approval of the 63 measures by the government to strengthen the agricultural sector and increase returns.
According to the delegate of agriculture in the municipality, Ricardo García Naranjo, these measures have a positive impact regardless of the existing difficulties due to the blockade imposed by the United States.
As other actions, the sale of milk and its derivatives stands out from the fulfillment of the delivery plan and indicators established by the livestock sector.
It is important to increase animal feed and promote these productions in the different units to achieve the required per capita of protein.
