Mayabeque, Cuba: Workers of the Provincial Directorate of Education in Mayabeque were recognized for their contribution in the fight against Covid-19 in the demarcation.
The event was chaired by the Provincial Director of Education in the territory, Maria Dailis Guerra Moré, where they also commemorated the 61st anniversary of the Cuban Women Federation and received the workers of the union after the vacation period.
At the meeting they highlighted the outstanding work of six educators in the red zone of the isolation centers. In this way, the highest authorities of the sector highlighted their courage and the pedagogues ratified their willingness to support the Revolution whenever necessary.
These brave men now face another battle: the preparation to return to the classroom and restart the school year when the epidemiological conditions allow them.
