San Nicolás Banking Branches Return to their Normal Schedule.

Mayabeque, Cuba: The Branches of the Popular Savings Bank (BPA) and the Credit and Commerce Bank (BANDEC) of San Nicolás return to their normal hours by decision of the Temporary Work Group.

The banking authorities adopt strategies in order to avoid customer crowds, such as serving companies and individuals at different hours and days.

The service for the creation of new magnetic cards is not yet activated in the BANDEC branch, due to the lack of personnel caused by the Covid-19, according to the entity’s compliance officer, Iliana González Molina.

For its part, the BPA is currently delivering the cards prepared in advance.

Both branches maintain the vitality of their services from the relocation of workers to different positions and prioritize the agricultural sector, retirees and subsidies.

Although the services are not at the maximum capacity, the banks make the greatest effort to achieve a quality in the work carried out.
